How do we get people to actually share content?
You share one link or QR code — on screens, tickets, signage, in newsletters or group chats. Contributors upload straight from their phone browser in seconds, no app or sign-in necessary, and the live project feed shows their content in use, which keeps more coming.
What do contributors agree to when they upload?
Before uploading, every contributor accepts a clear consent granting your organisation the right to use the material. The consent is recorded per file, so your rights documentation is always in order — no chasing DMs for permission afterwards.
Can outputs use our own brand, fonts and music?
Yes. Creator picks up colors, fonts and logo from your website, and you can add your own brand assets and music. Videos, articles, slides and feeds come out looking like you made them.
How much work is this for our team?
Every upload is analysed, safety-checked and sorted automatically, and Creator drafts the videos, articles and slides for you. Your team reviews and publishes — you approve, you don't produce.
What does the trial include, and what does it cost after?
You get 14 days with full access, limited to one project. A card is required to start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing. After that, Creator is 1 500 kr per month + VAT with 50 GB of storage and unlimited projects; add 100 GB packs at 500 kr per month when you need more room.
What happens to our content if we cancel?
The content is yours. Download what you need from your library at any time, and when you cancel you delete your own account — with every file, project and output removed with it.
Is Creator GDPR-compliant?
Luups is a Norwegian company and acts as your data processor, with a data processing agreement included. Processing stays within the EU, and AI analysis runs on our own infrastructure — no US cloud AI providers involved.
